Welcome to Wapiti Valley Wayfarer! This beautiful home is located in the heart of Wapiti Valley with gorgeous 360-degree views. 
The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third bedroom and bathroom are found in the apartment above the garage. The main house and apartment are rented together which can be perfect for travelling with extended family or friends
The main house features an open living, kitchen, and dining area with beautiful views through the picture windows. Bedroom 1 is located downstairs with a queen bed. Bathroom 1 is also located downstairs and has a shower and a separate soaking tub. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs and has a queen bed. Bathroom 2 is located upstairs and has a shower only, no bathtub. Also, located on the main level is a mud room and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The apartment that is found above the garage with a separate entrance. The space offers a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave, and a stove. Perfect for prepping your picnic meals to travel through the park. The apartment holds two queen beds and an additional bathroom with a shower only in this space.

This property offers great outdoor space. You can enjoy gorgeous mountain views on the front covered deck that connects to a side deck area with a table and a grill. You can also experience the big sky and night stars while roasting marshmallows around the outdoor firepit. An attached 2-car garage for parking your vehicles. Great amenities, clean and spacious place. Cody Lodging Co was great to work with. The fridge leaks a little incase you want to check into that. Everything was great with the cabin and the apartment, and views were wonderful.

Wapiti Wayfarer Adventure
We stayed at Wapiti Wayfarer with another couple to ride our motorcycles in the area. The home is a ways out of Cody so it was less convenient to get dinner each night but the gorgeous setting more than made up for it! The house is lovely and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The driveway is large with plenty of room for two trucks and trailers and we were able to pull the bikes into the garage. There are a few quirks - the bed in the master bedroom is comically high off the ground, even the very tall couple we traveled with had trouble. We did find a small step stool in the closet that helped. The apartment over the garage has two queen beds but they are not ideal for adults, somewhat thin and firm, and the shower stall is usable but quite tiny. The apartment window AC unit was working overtime in the heatwave but managed to keep up, just not as cool as the main house. Obviously it’s a great extra space adding two beds, another bathroom and a small kitchen just not as comfortable as the main house. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay and our time in Cody. Thank you!

Wonderful home and company
Booking was easy. Instructions came timely and was able to contact about arriving about 40 minutes early from a long drive. Response was almost immediate and we were able to check-in earlier. That was very appreciated. Home was very clean and we loved the views. Thanks for a great stay!

Wapiti Valley
The perfect location to explore Yellowstone! We stayed in the Valley to ride motorcycles around the area. The driveway and streets to the main road are grave but well maintained and the garage was perfect for parking! Don’t miss this gem!

Excellent accommodations
We found this rental property met our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet, the views spectacular, including the herd of deer that slept almost every night off the side dining room patio..19 at one count, and the home charming and well stocked. We could not get the icemaker in the main refrigerator working but since this was a road trip for 2 in our party, we had a super cooler available w ice for drinks etc. The washer/dryer were wonderful to utilize after long days at Yellowstone. With 2 families (4 adults), we split with 1 in the apartment and the other in the main house which gave us all some privacy. Location perfect for East gate and to Cody. We spent quite a bit of time in Cody, especially at the Bill Cody museum, which is several themed museums in 1...took advantage of the ticket price being good for 2 days. And despite the tickets saying consecutive days, we went back 2 days later and were waived right it. Rental agency was excellent and answered our questions immediately. Definitely would book again when visiting the area.

The house was amazing, great location to yellowstone and to Cody. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back out west.

Very Good
We really enjoyed our stay at Wapita Valley Wayfarer. The kitchen in the main house was well equipped and plenty of linens were supplied. The pictures do not give justice to the beautiful location. The only issue we experienced was that the televisions located in the bedrooms and in the garage apartment did not work (no access to cable). The coffee maker in the apartment needs to be replaced with a Keurig style or a regular coffee maker (or leave instructions on how to use the one there). Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and spacious. The view from all around the house was something special! Nice location between Cody and Yellowstone East entrance. We drove thru Cody to see Lamar valley via Yellowstone's North Entrance. Since we have young kids with us we did not use the separate garage suite and only stayed at the main house but this setup will work for multiple families who want privacy.
