- Marketing & Bookings: Your home is listed on our website and top booking platforms with professional photos, optimized pricing, and engaging descriptions to attract quality guests.
- Guest Services: We handle all guest communication, check-ins, and 24/7 support to ensure a five-star experience.
- Property Care: We coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and regular inspections to keep your home guest-ready and in excellent condition.
- Financial Management: We collect rent and taxes, provide monthly owner statements, and remit your earnings promptly.
- Local Expertise: With deep roots in Cody, we know how to market to visitors and care for your property year-round.
Our Management Fees
- Onboarding fee of $500 including listing setup, marketing preparation, professional photography, and operational readiness to ensure a successful launch.
- Management commission covers all marketing, guest services, reservations, local support, and administration.
- 25% commission for short-term stays (29 days or fewer)
- 15% commission for extended stays (30+ days)
- 20% commission for short-term stays if the owner handles cleaning.
- Additional hourly services (such as project coordination or special maintenance) are billed when requested.
