Southfork: Southfork sits about a 20-minute drive south of Cody near the shore of the Buffalo Bill Reservoir. In order to get to Yellowstone National Park from here, you must travel north through Cody and head west on Highway 14.
Stunning views, fishing, hunting, hiking, and more. Home to one of America's largest herds of Big Horn Sheep, the South Fork area is full of wildlife including pronghorn antelope, elk, and deer. These homes are generally more private and perfect for visitors interested in getting away from the crowd, but remaining close to town for shopping and entertainment.
Clark & Sunlight: These homes are located north of Cody and tend to be remote. Great for hunting, fishing, or just getting away from it all. Some of these homes are ideal for traveling to the North-East entrance of Yellowstone National Park and the Lamar Valley or if you plan to visit Montana. The homes located in the Sunlight area connect with the Chief Joseph Scenic Byway, one of the most beautiful drives in the country.
