Originally built in 1907 by George Frederick Wiard, this thoughtfully renovated home blends early Cody character with modern comfort. Well stocked, charming and walking distance to town. Perfect home for our stay while we visited Yellowstone. And bonus, the east entrance had a ton of wildlife! Really wonderful location and beautifully restored home.

The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us. Everyone was impressed with the amenities, laundry facilities and comfort. Great area for walking the dog and close for a stroll on Cody’s Main Street. The dog loved strolling the streets of Cody. We all got a kick out of the deer in the front yard. We would all stay again. The closet space was great for all the dresses and suits too.

Restored house in a quiet neighborhood. Modern appliances. Easy instructions and simple checkout. Door lock initially confusing, but OK after learning how to open.

Beautifully restored historic home in downtown Cody. Only blocks from main street, gift shops restaurants, theatres, The Irma Hotel, etc. Even the Buffalo Bill Center of the West is within walking distance. We especially enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day on the front porch while watching the wildlife wander the neighborhood.

Beautiful, recently remodeled and historic home with tasteful accents and decor. Comfortable with all you need including a back yard and patio area. In a good neighborhood near downtown. Home owner and rental company very responsive to requests. Highly recommended!

Our Cody stay at the G.F. Wiard House on Bleistein was nothing short of fantastic!
I had a group of retired Military Veterans and their spouses with me on a motorcycle weekend trip.
The bed rooms and common use space of the house completely exceeded our expectation.
And what a blessing to have a full Kitchen to use! Comfort, class and affordability!
We will be back again next year
