This space is is a favorite for guests wanting to experience modern style in a classic Western town. From the loft, you can easily walk to restaurants, nightlife, live music, museums and other attractions just outside the front door.
Downtown Loft has 3 stories with a rooftop deck. The main level features large, privacy view windows and gorgeous original brick walls. A fully equipped kitchen with floor to ceiling cabinetry and quartz countertops makes preparing meals a pleasure. Relax in the living area with large smart television and gather at the dining table. A half bath is also hidden behind a built-in bookcase on this level.
The second level includes the two bedrooms. The main suite features a king size bed with views overlooking the Irma Hotel. Large closet space will keep your travel wardrobe organized. The main bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom is hidden behind a built-in bookcase and features a queen size bed, also with great views overlooking the Irma Hotel. There is a full-size guest bathroom with tiled shower/tub and convenient laundry closet on the second level.
Up the spiral staircase, you will find the third level loft. This area includes a wet bar and glass garage door that opens to the rooftop deck. Outside on the deck, you will find a gas grill and plenty of seating. The daytime views overlooking the historic downtown, incredible Wyoming sunset views in the evenings and star filled nights make this deck something dreams are made of! Around the side of the loft, you can take in one of Cody's best murals, showcasing the outlaw spirit that is still very much alive in Cody.

3 nights in Cody
This downtown loft was the perfect spot to rest between sightseeing trips. It was so convenient to the downtown stores, buffet breakfast at the Irma Hotel, watching the gun fight from the top balcony, and just general people watching. It was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed! The balcony overlooking the street was so fun! We also liked sitting in the living area and watching people wander by, and checking themselves in the mirrored window. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends who visit this area!

Beautiful Loft
This loft is in a great location across from the Irma Hotel. It is a very beautiful, modern, 3 level design. We loved the roof top space and enjoyed the views of the city from there. We would definitely stay there again.

Downtown Loft is Perfect
Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. From the moment we entered the door we felt like we were in a luxury townhome. Love the mix of old and new. The roof top stills the show. Loved going to the rooftop for coffee or a drink. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

My daughters and I absolutely loved Cody and this home. Fantastic location- we could walk to restaurants, shops, and even a local play. The house is very unique and my daughters and I loved it's vibe!

Home away from home
Wonderfully clean and comfortable, stylish and unique. Vacation with husband that was much needed away from kids and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Great location with plenty around to do, site see and adventure out. Only complaint is parking but that's minimal. Thank you again to the hosts.
