Welcome to Downtown Farmhouse! After walking into this updated 1930’s house, it is easy to feel right at home. The charming farmhouse details include beautifully refinished hardwood floors and vintage furniture pieces. These details make the space warm and easy to enjoy. Downtown farmhouse has a large, updated galley style kitchen. It is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Additionally, the kitchen space offers a quiet breakfast nook, the perfect place to fuel up for a day of exploration.
This home features one bedroom and one bath on the main level and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Bedroom 1 on the main level includes a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The main level bath can be accessed through the bedroom or through the kitchen. This large bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Heading up the beautiful solid wood stairs you will find the additional bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a very comfortable king bed with an office nook. Bedroom 3 features two twin beds in an adorable and cheery room, perfect for children. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Downtown Farmhouse offers a beautiful, fully fenced backyard perfect for children or your furry travel companion, as this home is pet friendly! The shaded, tree lined yard also has a gas grill and a picnic table, perfect for enjoying an evening meal.

A couple of minor suggestions: Have the cleaning crew leave a scrubbing sponge for washing pots/pans that have cooked on residue (all other rental firms do this). Also, sharpen the knives in the knife block on the counter. That's it.

Adorable house
The house is very nicely updated! The kitchen was awesome with loads of extras and well stocked. Yard was awesome for the dogs! We enjoyed attending the rodeo and walking around town and spent some time driving thru Yellowstone! I would definitely stay there again! There are quite a few stairs and some low ceilings ( so watch your head!) ( my only complaint would be that the only tv in the house is very small and it lacked Supplies like no extra garbage bags or paper towels)

Cody, Downtown Farmhouse
Beautiful restored older home. The wood floors are so pretty and warm. The AC is not fantastic and the house was very warm in the July heat. The location was great as you are close to everything downtown. Quick drive to all the amenities. I would recommend this home for families, there was a fun pretend kitchen in the basement.

Adorable Cottage in Cody!
We had a fantastic stay at this conveniently located Cozy cottage in Cody, Wyoming. It was impeccably, cleaned and stocked with almost anything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the living area very conducive to visiting with friends and family. We loved our stay in Cody and can’t wait to come back.

Downtown Farmhouse
We really enjoyed our time at the Downtown Farmhouse. The house was clean, and well stocked. We had an issue with the coffee pot and Sandy brought a new coffee pot the same day I called. It is so nice to know that the pictures online are exactly as the actual house. Sandy and Abby are great to work with and so friendly. Booking with Cody Lodging was so easy and would definitely recommend them. Thank you

Best house ever!
This house is so lovely, from the outside to every detail on the inside. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from dishes, pots and pans to food and condiments. The back yard is amazing! It is perfect for sitting and relaxing after a day in Yellowstone. They have corn-hole for outdoor entertainment. I would rent this home again and again.

Restored Farmhouse…a Great Location
Really enjoyed our visit to the nicely restored Farmhouse. It's location is close to downtown Cody …full of good restaurants (including the historic Irma), shops, breweries and places to see. The Buffalo Bill Museum is extraordinary and can take more than a day to enjoy. Yellowstone National Park (our nation's first National Park) is not far too far away to explore, and Custer State Park is impressive. We visited Heart Mountain, a remnant of the Internment Camps set up during WWII. Highly recommend a four night stay….attention to details by the host(s) were appreciated. Our experience was very positive.

Great location. Easy to get around. Pillows in the downstairs bedroom were too soft and flat. Kitchen had everything that we but wish the ice machine in the freezer worked. Had to buy ice at the store.

This was our first time staying in a home rental, and we couldn't be more pleased. We absolutely loved the home we rented. Its location, cleanliness, and welcoming decor were great. An added bonus was how well stocked the house was with everything needed for day-to-day living. We'd assumed we'd have to buy things like coffee, filters, plastic wrap, clothes soap, etc,... but this place came with everything! We didn't use it, but I could see the Instapot being a big hit with guests, too. Thank you to the owners and management company for making our trip top notch. We look forward to returning sometime soon.

We are a family of 6 and this house was a perfect size for our vacation. We loved the location and walked downtown often. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having the yard and even enjoyed some lunches at the picnic table. Staff was attentive and was great to work with and when the AC froze up (Cody was experiencing a heat wave) they quickly brought a window unit to help cool the house down. I will warn people that the house has a piano and my 6 and 3 year old we're heavily tempted by it. We had to set some major ground rules. Not all music is beautiful;) We loved our stay and we would highly recommend this house to others visiting Cody!

Such an adorable, cozy home! We loved the location, central to all the Cody fun. And the fenced-in backyard was a bonus for our puppy. The home was fully stocked with anything you could need, lovely details and all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend if you are visiting Cody!!

Perfect home away from home
This was our first time staying in a home rental, and we couldn't be more pleased. We absolutely loved the home we rented. Its location, cleanliness, and welcoming decor were great. We stayed at the downtown farmhouse in Cody Wy. What a marvelous place to stay! It was super clean and so cute. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and just overall wonderful. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very homey feeling. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for keeping your home away from home a place to be. Loved the farmhouse feel.

It's a beautifully remodeled older home with many special touches to welcome the renter. We immediately felt comfortable. The large, fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs, and an added bonus was watching the mule deer eating apples in the neighbor's yard. It's a great location, as it is close to Sheridan Street. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to visit the area. Thank you for a great experience!

A wonderful little cottage. Has everything you would need for a stay in beautiful Cody. We loved that we could walk to town from the house. And the basement is not creepy!!! The hot water was outstanding - 2 teenage girls and I still got a hot shower!!
