Welcome to Charming Cottage on Salsbury! A traditional, smaller home located in a well established downtown neighborhood, within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. This home is pet friendly and set up for a great monthly stay.
Once entering, you are welcomed by the sunny enclosed front porch. The main living area with additional sleeping space on a sleeper sofa, a smart tv, and mini split ac. The bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage space in the built in cabinets and another mini split air conditioner. The fresh and bright bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A dining room is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or morning cup of coffee. The kitchen has full size appliances to easily prepare meals. The convenient laundry area has a full size washer and dryer and more storage space. This opens to the back yard, the yard is not fenced.
