What is the Cody Wild West Spectacular?
The Wild West Spectacular is a musical that runs annually here in Cody. It tells the story of Buffalo Bill and his Wild West Show. Watch as Bill meets famous figures like Annie Oakley, “Wild Bill” Hickok, Frank Butler, classic sharpshooters, saloon girls, and other characters on his journey to becoming the greatest showman to ever live.
The musical is a true story, and the actors do a wonderful job portraying it. You won’t be able to get enough of the entertaining singing, dancing, and hilarious jokes throughout. The show always gets rave reviews (even from those who say they don’t like musicals!), so we cannot recommend it enough.
Is the show family-friendly?
Yes! This is the perfect event to bring the whole family along. Your kids will love all the show’s interactive elements, like meeting the characters at intermission (the actors stay in character while they interact).
