Situated on a corner lot, you'll have space to enjoy the large backyard with mature trees and an abundance of privacy. Rose's Place is available as a monthly rental only and you'll find all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay! Bring your four-legged family members with you, Rose's Place is pet friendly!
Monthly Rental Information: monthly rental rates include all utilities and internet service to the home. The one-time cleaning fee is charged at the beginning of the stay to cover the checkout cleaning. Additional cleanings during the rental term may be scheduled through Cody Lodging Company for an additional charge. A completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy for any stays longer than 28 nights. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
