Welcome to Red Roof Ranch where Wyoming adventure awaits all year round. This gorgeous property sits in the middle of 15 private acres with views of the South Fork River Valley, Buffalo Bill Reservoir, and surrounding mountains. Sit outside on deck and watch the sunset over Sheep Mountain while enjoying the gas firepit. Or catch the sunrise over Cedar Mountain before a day in Yellowstone.

Inside, this custom home features a great room with log details, a grand, gourmet kitchen with all the amenities and dining space for the whole crew. The main level master bedroom offers a king bed with views of the mountains, desk work area (hopefully just to plan your excursions), and walk in closet. The attached master bathroom has a soaking tub and large tile shower. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and the bathroom is right across the hall with a tub/shower combo. Also on the main level is the cozy den with 2 comfortable chairs and sofa and a half bathroom. Upstairs you ll find two additional bedrooms with queen beds. The first bedroom features large windows with mountain views. The second upstairs bedroom has a desk area and small deck, the perfect spot to watch the mule deer in the yard. Bathroom 3 on the upper level has a tub/shower combo.


When you head outside there is a great deck with outdoor furniture to lounge and a gas firepit. There is a charcoal grill to cook up outdoor meals for the family. Make Red Roof Ranch your destination location when exploring all Cody, Wyoming has to offer!

Peaceful Getaway
Red Roof Ranch was the perfect way to unwind. The house was just what our family needed, it was clean and well stocked as we did not want to go to the store after traveling all day. Will be staying again soon!

Red Roof Ranch Home
We enjoyed our stay at this home. Mule deer were everywhere, great view of the Buffalo Bill Reservoir. The home could use more information on how the gas fireplaces work. It's a few miles out of town but that was one of the attractions for us. It really needs a hot tub. The fire-pit on the deck was not connected but otherwise it was very nice.

More than you expect!
First of all the management company is excellent! They were on top of everything...you definitely feel cared for. Then there is the house! It is not only beautiful and cozy...but well equipped as well. We've stayed at well over 100 homes and this home was better stocked than any! Then there are the amazing views!! The house is situated on a bluff with views of the mountains and lake. The sunrises were magical and the roaming deer topped it all off! Highly recommend!!

When we arrived we couldn't have been happier. It looked just like the pictures. Plenty of room for my party of 8 and outdoor deck and view was amazing. We had some minor issues during our stay but they were taken care of immediately. Everyone was so friendly and we even had visitors. Five horses visited us during the night of our first day and stayed the whole time we were there. My family loved it and even named them. I would recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when I visit Wyoming again.

The house is wonderful and the views are breathtaking. Everything was very clean and we had everything in the house that we would need and more. If I were to offer a big suggestion is to add some type of window covering in the master bedroom. There are zero window coverings in the house other than the master bath. While it's great fun to see out, it was a little disturbing knowing that we had no option for privacy. Still, we would rent again in a heartbeat if that was different. Property management office was fantastic when we needed help with internet connection and fire pit. Thank you!

Had a small family reunion here and it was amazing. Beautiful location and great amenities. We comfortably fit 10 adults and 3 children. only down side was there us now central air or heat in the main living area but the bedrooms were very comfortable. would definitely recommend to anyone.

This ranch is absolutely breathtaking! The view is beautiful all the way around the ranch. Deer is everywhere to be seen. Cody Lodging had any and everything you would need to cook with, on and spices. Windows are not covered and that was different but you get adjusted to sleeping and waking to beautiful mountains. The ranch is on top of hill and no one can see inside home. I would recommend if you want a break from the hustle of every day life stay here. Best restaurant in town is Granny's Kitchen.

What a beautiful structure and scenic view! No negatives except for the dead flies at each window...hundreds of them! I did not expect a home like this to have a lot of dead flies on the floors, windows and entry ways. I don't think the structure was prepped for our arrival... Thank you

We apologize this happened you are correct it was missed to be checked before arrival. Every now and then that house will collect flies and we try and make sure to have the place all ready for guest arrival.

Great place and great location
Wonderful home with comfy beds. The firepit was amazing with the view. Highly recommend staying there again. Just beware they have NO window coverings, not even in the bathroom. So if you are a family traveling or it's a business trip you may want to warn people when you shower/bath. Was the cleanest place I've ever stayed! Super awesome.
