The entryway of this cottage doubles as a bright and cheery sunroom with a sitting area to drink your morning coffee. The living room space has comfortable seating, a television, a desk space, and dining area. Through the door near the dining area, you will enter the kitchen that is fully equipped for your cooking needs. There is also a laundry room for your convenience during your stay.
Cottonwood Cottage features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bathroom offers a queen size bed and attached bath with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 offers a twin over full bunk bed. Bathroom 2 has a large soaking tub/shower combo.

This was a very homey cottage and we enjoyed the location and amenities very much. Dear frequent at the front yard, and the neighborhood was safe, close to everything, and very convenient to Yellowstone.

Cottonwood Cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. This beautifully appointed VRBO provided exceptional comfort and convenience during our stay in Cody. The cottage itself was immaculate, well-furnished, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable - just a pleasant walk to downtown Cody where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The private fenced backyard was a wonderful bonus, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. What made this property truly special was its proximity to everything we wanted to experience. Yellowstone National Park was just a short, scenic drive away, making it easy to explore one of America's crown jewel destinations. The Shoshone River offered beautiful views and recreational opportunities nearby. And being so close to the world famous Cody Rodeo was perfect - we could easily walk back to the cottage after enjoying authentic western entertainment. The hosts were responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Cottonwood Cottage provided the perfect home base for our Wyoming adventure, combining small-town charm with easy access to world-class attractions. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Cody area. We'll definitely be back!

Cottonwood Cottage is GREAT!
I stayed at Cottonwood Cottage for three months during the 2025 winter. It is a great home, has everything you'll need, and is convenient to everything in Cody. It has a good size fenced back yard for my dog. The neighborhood is quiet and you can see the mountains from the front enclosed porch and from the living room couch. I rented this through the Cody Lodging Company and they are outstanding to work with. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay at Cottonwood Cottage. I highly recommend it and Cody Lodging Company!

Very Good
We enjoyed staying in this comfortable house which is very inviting, and the neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. This house is in an excellent location, close to everything essential, and close to the wonderful museums etc. The house was very clean; since we stayed for several nights, we did ask for a few replacements in the kitchen (pans etc.) and our request was immediately attended to. All in all a great place to stay - highly recommended.

Walking Distance to Cody!
This cabin was well furnished, and close to town! The home is older so it’s creaky and has a lovely antique feel! The weather was cool enough to enjoy opening the windows at night even in August!

Due to the flooding in Gardiner, Montana, we moved part of our Yellowstone stay to this place in Cody. We could not have been more pleased. It was easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood, It was great to see the Cody stampede rodeo and the drive in to the east entrance of Yellowstone national park. We booked this place as a back up for our trip And we're very happy that we did. If you are wanting to stay in Cody, this is a great option.

This was in the perfect location for what we wanted. We walked to most places we wanted to go to. My husband and I walked every morning while seeing breathtaking views. Very clean. Small, but nice for a family of four. Loved two baths and the kitchen. Nice and cool in the summer. We would stay again!
