Inside, you'll find character and comfort throughout. A gas fireplace, unique wood furnishings, and a newly upgraded reclining sectional in the main living room create a welcoming space to unwind. The main level features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower combo. Past the kitchen and sun room, you'll find another bedroom with King bed, custom wood built-ins and a direct access to the side patio. Downstairs, the “Growler’s Den” offers a second living space complete with a log style bar table, couch, and TV, plus a bonus office area with desk for remote work. A second bathroom with step in shower and a separate laundry room add convenience for longer stays.The home has central air conditioning and a portable style a/c unit in King bedroom for comfort on warmer days.

Excellent plce
Don't let the front fool you! Plenty of space in this charming home. 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs with a giant bedroom and 3/4 bath downstairs. Plenty of sitting areas and chairs with a huge backyard area for grilling/ eating or just relaxing. Has mule deer visiting next door, and while it is a longer drive into Yellowstone, ( roughly 90 minutes) the view/ scenery is magnificent. Space for 2-3 cars directly in front with extra street parking right next to the curb so great for larger groups and having friends join in the fun.

Fantastic place for multi-generational family vacation
We had young adults to grandparents stay for the first week of June. The home is exactly as pictured AND has all the nice home amenities for a great comfortable visit. The grandparents were traveling through with their truck/camper and felt very safe in the RV parking within the back yard. We played several of the games provided, including some intense corn hole competitions. The house is 1 block off Main Street, so we took the opportunity to walk to several local micro-breweries which was fun. Best part is we had deer walk through the front yard just about every night. We all agreed we'd highly recommend this home as it easily accommodated 8 people while giving each couple privacy.

Cody Downtown Retreat
The home we rented was absolutely lovely, everything has been updated, spotlessly clean, VERY roomy with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a convenient 2 minute walk to downtown Cody. Very spacious and nicely laid out, enough dishes and utensils for a large gathering, with a large yard and very nice furnishings! Loved all the antiques! And last but certainly not least, super friendly staff that were so accommodating and kind! Awesome stay!! We will be back!! Thank you!

The home we rented was absolutely lovely, everything has been updated, spotlessly clean, VERY roomy with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a convient 2 minute walk to downtown Cody. Enjoyed our stay
Really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and stayed cool. We played corn hole and appreciated that there was a cooler there to use rather than having to buy one. The best part was being so close to town we could walk. Would recommend this place 😊

e had a great experience as a multi generation family. Bedrooms and bathrooms layout permitted variable activities, bedtimes and relaxation.
The in town location allowed short walks to restaurants, pubs, shops, museums, and the heart of Cody.
The house was very clean, well equipped, large relaxing patio and back yard.
There is extensive high quality woodwork throughout that makes the property pleasantly unique and adds a truly western touch to the home.

Property is as advertised, large back yard with furnished patio and grill. Three bedrooms and one bath on main level. One bedroom on the "first basement " level. Second bathroom, laundry and entertainment room in basement. Timely response to any question you may have. We did have one individual in a wheelchair, there are no ramps but there are only a few steps to enter the house.

During a family visit to Cody in October 2021, we enjoyed a lovely stay at the Cody Downtown Retreat at 1614 Beck Avenue. Located just one block off of the main drag, it was within walking distance of the historic Irma Hotel, the Buffalo Bill Center of the West museum and numerous restaurants, brewpubs and shops. We walked everywhere! The location was ideal for parking our camper off the street with an electric hookup and sewer connection! The western themed accommodations were perfect for a family of eight. We enjoyed spending time in their fenced backyard with paver patio and grass. There were several tables plus a picnic table, 12 chairs, a large pivoting shade umbrella and gas grill. It was a wonderful place to spend our time in Cody and we will be back!
