Additional cleanings during the rental term may be scheduled through Cody Lodging Company for an additional charge. For stays longer than 30 days, a completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.

Great stay
We had a great stay at the cottage. One thing the bathroom knob is not working correctly you shut the door it locks you in there and you can not get out unless someone from other side opens door. Might want to fix it. Thank you Sherene Dixon

Adorable Cottage
This cottage is full of character, unique decorations, and had everything we needed. The entrance room was large and wonderful to remove jackets/boots/set down packages and the large laundry/mudroom was helpful as well. The bed was comfortable, all was very clean, quiet and close to college location. Heat was great. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet house on a quiet street in a quiet community. Only about 25-30 mins from Cody and about an hour or so from there to Yellowstone. The house is small, but had everything we needed. We had a great visit and look forward to going back one day!

Wonderful, well equipped cottage
Had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of linens and towels, all the necessaries for cooking for the two weeks we were here. Loved the vintage decor. Just be prepared for very small bathroom. I'm 5'9" and my husband is 6'1", neither of us could sit on the toilet normally due to the small space. Minor detail in the grand scheme of things, however.

This was a perfect place for my son and I and our stay in Powell. It was clean and well organized, easy to get to. We had a great time traveling around this beautiful state and coming home to a quiet, private place to sleep. Thanks!

Fantastic! Better than the competition!
The property was exactly as it was described and shown in pictures. The kitchen supplies were in abundance, there was a number and local information placed by the owners, and Cody Lodging responded quickly to email and text. Definitely would use Cody Lodging again.

Awesome place and great community
Small very well maintained stocked home, everything for a single person or couple only downside is the bathroom being so small but nothing the owners could of dis to rectify that, nice little townn of Powell, super cool downtown area and friendly atmosphere
